Marshall city officials, community leaders and project partners gathered Tuesday, May 20, to celebrate the official dedication of the Marshall Solar Plus (MSP) project — a 10-megawatt (MW) solar energy and 5-MW battery storage facility developed to support regional reliability and clean energy goals.
