The August board meeting of Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) and Western Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (WMMPA) will be held at 7:30 a.m. CST on Thursday, Aug. 8. The meeting will be at the MRES office, which is located at 3724 West Avera Drive, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
