SF 1003 (Coleman): Requiring utilities provide customers' electric use data within 10 days of the date the utility receives the request; data to include, but not limited to — total usage by customer monthly, usage by time period if there is a time-of-use tariff, and the data used to calculate a customer’s demand charge.
