SF 4379 (Fateh): Requiring additional physical measurements of air emissions and reporting of the measurements. Companion HF 3579.

Amended into omnibus bill HF 3911; changed to become voluntary with the MPCA to require physical monitoring as part of remediation for serious permit violations.
