MRES will be hosting its 10th annual Municipal Power Leadership Academy (MPLA) on Sept. 18-19 at the ClubHouse Hotel and Suites in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The course is designed for new or recently hired utility managers, city managers, mid-level managers, utility board members and city council members. This course is the same as the one offered in previous years.
