Municipal Electric Utilities look forward to Summer Study

A group of legislators was recently named to a committee to study and evaluate the legal right of a municipality to serve electricity in areas annexed into the municipality.

MRES member utilities recognized for outstanding service and safety

Six members of Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) are among the 275 public power utilities nationwide to be recognized for outstanding service under the American Public Power Association’s (APPA) Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3) program.

Twelve member utilities that are members of Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) have earned national recognition for achieving exceptional electric reliability in 2018.
