Progress through Partnerships. Missouri River Energy Services has always put its members first. We are committed to building and maintaining partnerships that collectively benefit and empower our members. When we were formed in the early 1960s, our mission was to help municipalities that operated their own electric systems to work together in planning for future power supply needs and solving other mutual problems. We have not wavered from this mission.

61. That’s the number we think about day in and day out. Sixty-one members of different sizes and varying needs, but all working toward a common goal of enabling a future that includes affordable and environmentally sensitive power, high reliability, and services that bring many benefits to the customers and community.
