MRES Legal Seminar
Make plans to attend the MRES® Legal Seminar to be held Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008. This year’s seminar will focus on how the changes in legal rules affect public records.
The workshop will cover the practical issues of records retention and preservation for both electronic and paper documents. You’ll learn how implementing a proactive approach now can save substantial costs in the future, and hear from experts who implement retention and destruction policies on a regular basis. We will also hear first-hand how the City of Northwood, North Dakota overcame the challenges of operating after a tornado virtually destroyed the city, its offices, and its utilities.
