Distribution System Maintenance Service
|
In 1998, Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) began offering distribution maintenance services to interested members and associates. Under the program, participating members contract with MRES for all distribution maintenance services. Line crews are MRES employees. Equipment, inventory, tools, etc., are the municipality's responsibility.
Currently, there are six members participating in this program:
- Jackson, MN - Benson, MN - Ortonville, MN - Luverne, MN - Olivia, MN - Lake Park, IA
Benefits to MRES Members: Our present crew is able to provide services, such as infrared scanning, to other members during winter months when the workload is not quite as intense.
How Your Community Can Participate: If your community is a Missouri River Energy Services member or associate and would like to learn more about Missouri River Energy Services' Distribution Maintenance Program, contact Member and Public Relations Director, Bill Radio at 800-678-4042; or e-mail MRES.
