MRENERGY.COM is the online home of Missouri River Energy Services (MRES). Our organization is a joint-action agency that supplies electricity and a wide range of energy-related programs and services to public power communities in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

As you page through our site, you can learn about public power, our organization, and our programs and services. In our Legislative Updates section, you will find information on state and federal legislative matters that affect MRES, our members, and our industry. Our What's New section includes online versions of our newsletter, "MRES Today" as well as our Annual Report and our Year in Review presentation.

MRES has always been dedicated to a power supply program that is environmentally sensitive. You can learn about our commitment by viewing our environmental booklet online in the Environment portion of our Who We Are section. Visit our wind farm section to view the latest progress on our two renewable energy projects--the Odin Wind Project and the Marshall Wind Project--which are currently under construction.

MRES recently launched a new program called Bright Energy Solutions^SM. Bright Energy Solutions offers participating businesses in our member communities to earn rebates by installing new equipment that will reduce demand for electricity.
